Chetan Prakash Bhagat is well known Indian author born in 22 April 1974. He was included in time magazine's list of world's 100 most influential people in 2010. We followed education in Indian institute of technology Delhi (BTech) and Indian institute of management Ahmedabad ( MBA). He usually use romance, realistic fiction, non-fiction genre in his novel.

One Indian girl was published on October 1 2016. Original title of this novel is the "One Indian girl" and written in English. Gener of this novel is fiction and have almost 250 plus pages. It is available in paperback and the story set in India. This novel is the seventh fictional novel and the ninth book in overall.

Some people are good at taking decisions. I am not one of them. Some people

fall asleep quickly at night. I am not one of them either. It is 3 in the

morning. I have tossed and turned in bed for two hours. I am to get married

in fifteen hours. We have over 200 guests in the hotel, here to attend my

grand destination wedding in Goa. I brought them here. Everyone is excited.

After all, it is the first destination wedding in the Mehta family.

I am the bride. I should get my beauty sleep. I can’t. The last thing I

care about right now is beauty. The only thing I care about is how to get out

of this mess. Because, like it often happens to me, here I am in a situation

where I don’t know what the fuck is going on.

This book is basically deals with those Indian girls who want to live her life on their own terms and According to Indian society girl should get married by when she cross 18. The whole story revolves to a girl named Radhika Mehta. she is the main character of this novel or you may take her like the protagonist of this novel. Radhika, work at the distressed debt group of Goldman Sachs, the investment bank. Story start from her marriage. Arrangement of her marriage is continuously going on. It's like the dream wedding type marriage. As Radhika is so rich and her future husband Brijesh Gulati is also at same level so as casual their marriage is destination wedding arranged in Goa but there are some characters who include in her wedding and make it somewhat interesting. Debashis "Debu", when Radhika spend time with Brijesh at the same time she get unexpected message from Debu and he wishes to meet her but Radhika don't want him back in her life so she refused him for any meet. but they want Radhika back in her life so he booked ticket and try to reach her wedding as fast as he can. Another character Neel Gupta who is 20 year older than her. when suddenly noticed the presence of Neel Gupta then she totally confused and decide to meet Debu, Neal Gupta and Brijesh on a table.
